IT Help Desk Administrator
Study Group is looking for a 1st Line Support and Help Desk Administrator to join a busy Help Desk. Based in our Head Office in Brighton, this position will support the Systems Administrators in Brighton and our other schools by assigning work, providing first line incident resolution and taking on responsibility for purchasing. This is an ideal position for someone who would like a career in IT support and infrastructure.
Candidates called to interview will be asked to speak in detail about the following:
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems, preferably including Windows Server 2003
- Understanding of the need to carefully track and administer all work done
- Customer focused interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and the ability to work under pressure and to an agreed plan
Ideally, you will have some experience of a customer service environment.
