Regional Office Accountant

Overview:

We have a vacancy for an Accountant for the international marketing area of the Group based in the Finance Department in Brighton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly management accounts
• Preparation of annual Marketing cost budget and subsequent forecasts
• Provision of key performance metrics (Billings & Student Enrolments) to Regional Office Sales Directors
• Preparation of annual Student Volumes budget and subsequent forecasts
• Monitor & control Regional Office Payroll and Expenditure
• Prepare, distribute and interpret departmental reports
• Further develop new reporting areas
• Part of project team for implementing a number of new systems
• Regular communications with Senior Managers and Directors throughout the business

Skills:

• ACCA/ACA or CIMA qualified
  
• Post qualification experience, preferably in an international multi-product environment
• Ability to work at a detail level and still see "the big picture"
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly IT literate
• Proactive and forward thinking
• Used to working with people across a range of disciplines and levels of management
• Proactive and forward thinking
