Recruitment Manager, Russia

Due to exciting growth in the International Study Centres division, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales and marketing manager who will have overall responsibility for student recruitment in the Russia region.

Main duties:

• Planning and implementation of regional marketing and recruitment strategy
• Channel partner management throughout the region
• Representing the institutions at key events
• Establishing and maintaining links with schools and colleges
• Enhancing conversion rates from enquiries to enrolments
• Providing professional education counseling service to parents and students

Essential Criteria:

• Degree in business, marketing or other related field, from English-speaking country
• Fluency in English
• Solid customer service skills
• Experience in meeting sales targets
• Proven track-record of increasing sales in education or similar industry
• Knowledge of the UK education sector
• Experience in design and implementation of a marketing plan
• Experience in managing key accounts
• Experience in managing enquiries/leads through to sales conversion
• Experience in managing travel within a preset budget to maximize outcomes
• Excellent communication skills
• A high level of professionalism
• A team player
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
• Willingness to fulfill frequent weekend and evening commitments

Desirable Criteria:

• Fluency in one or more regional languages
• Personal experience of the UK education system
• Knowledge of the Education Agent networks in Russia
